(I decided to do this because Ive never truly described what the Shaja wolves are cabable of.)
History:
Shaja, obviously was the first. He was a normal black and white wolf before the war, he was attacked by a vicious canine-like creature that looked like it had a bad case of mange(but it was infact infected with the Thylin virus). He was left for dead, his wounds were burned by chemical waste left on the ground. Shaja lay on the soil, jerking in pain as the two agents(Thylin and nuclear waste) became one in his body. His legs lengthened, vertebrae protruded out of his back, stained a black color. Darkness soon surrounded the beast... When Shaja woke up in 13 days, he was not the same wolf. There was new strength in his body, one that he had never felt before. But when he saw his reflection in a puddle of stagnant water, he was devastated. He had become something terrifying. Frightened by what he has become he ran off to the west, sceneries of death accompanied him wherever he went. Somewhere on the far north west edge of the Nunavut Providence in Canada, he came across a dying black wolfess. He had seen many creatures die in his travels, but there was something about her intense emerald eyes that stopped him from walking away. He saw a fire in them, a will to live. Her back was snapped in half, her spine ripping through her back in four places, rats and insects fed on her decaying flesh yet she still lived. Shaja approached the fae and bit into her flesh, hoping that either she will become one like him or be put out of her misery. She changed into a "shajian" wolf faster than he had and grew much larger. They traveled together until they reached a snowy oasis in Alaska. They found refuge there and went their own separate ways. Narkili formed her own pack which dominated the woodlands. Shaja crossed the ice bridge to Asia and disappeared for 400 years.
Narkili's packed thrived in the woodlands, although she outlived every member, she chose select wolves to be creatures like herself and form the "Cult of Shaja".
-----------------------
Strengths:
-Immortal
-Elongated legs make these wolves very fast
-Larger than average in size
-Thin long quills run down their necks, tipped with remnants of nuclear waste (If this gets into the blood of an opponent or prey it causes distorted vision(survivors have claimed to experience double vision, blurred vision, visions from the past, inverted vision, naked green chimps, and hallucinations) and bad coordination.
-Can create a magnetic field around their forms which reflects light (like crystals... think edward cullen hahahaha). This pushes all metallic objects away from the shajian and blinds anyone who enters the sphere (it shoots 1 foot away from the shajian in all directions).
Weaknesses:
-Although the are Immortal they can still be killed in combat (but do not die of age)
-The effects of the poison from the spines vary for individuals. The smaller the opponent the greater its effects. The spines are also very thin and can easily be broken. If one snaps off then the poison will flow into the shajian's bloodstream and causes mild impairment of vision (dizziness, blurry vision, double vision) and leaky eyes. This lasts for about one post's length.
-The protective field that they create also blinds them and can only last for one post.
(more coming soon)
